但是仔细阅读后你会发现，从语法层面来看，原句结构是：“suspend you from using our services in the EU and selected destinations”也就是介词短语 “in the EU and selected destinations” 直接修饰动词 “using”，限定的是 “使用服务的地点”，而非 “暂停” 服务，很多人可能是用的浏览器的翻译，但是翻译都是机器翻译，不是准确的。而且根据上下文来说“未在欧盟及指定地区真实短期旅行使用服务”，违规场景本身就限定在 “欧盟及指定地区的漫游使用”所以针对具体违规行为精准处罚，而非暂停全部服务。
而且在条款3.5中有写明“bar or suspend your SIM Card from the Service”，还有条款13.5中“your SIM Card will be disconnected”都写明的是全局停止SIM卡，所以2.9条款只是针对性的暂停使用服务的地点，而不是你的账号。
2.与长期漫游有关的还有一个是公平使用条款，在公平使用条款3. Roaming in the EU and selected destinations中应注意事项（What to avoid）写着，内容如下
Using our services for the first time outside of the UK, using a large volume of your allowance (be that text, calls or data) in the EU and our other selected destinations (excluding the UK), or using our services and travelling within the EU and our other selected destinations (excluding the UK) for prolonged periods which don’t follow reasonable consumer holiday and travel patterns and behaviour. If you use our services outside the UK in the EU and our other selected destinations for 63 or more days in any four-month period and you cannot demonstrate prevailing use or presence in the UK this is likely to be deemed to be an unfair use of our services. In such cases, standard Pay As You Go (PAYG) roaming charges will apply unless you have an active EU Zone Travel data add-on, in which case the 63-day usage limit will not apply for the duration of the add-on’s validity. We will contact you at least 14 days before any such charges apply. These charges will cease once your usage pattern is in line with this Fair Usage Policy. When this happens charges will apply (see below), but we will always contact you 14 days before this time to make you aware of this. These charges will cease to apply when your behaviour is in accordance with this policy.

需要避免的行为：
首次使用我们的服务时不在英国境内；
在欧盟及其他指定地区（不含英国）使用大量套餐额度（包括短信、通话或流量）；
在欧盟及其他指定地区（不含英国）使用我们的服务并停留 / 旅行，且时长过长，不符合合理的消费者假期及旅行模式与行为。
若你在任意四个月周期内，在欧盟及其他指定地区（不含英国）使用我们的服务累计达到 63 天或更久，且无法证明你的主要使用地或常住地在英国，这将被视为对我们服务的不公平使用，但是看到这里你先别急，后续明确写了“but we will always contact you 14 days before this time to make you aware of this. These charges will cease to apply when your behaviour is in accordance with this policy.”意思是“但我们总会提前 14 天通知你相关事宜，当你的行为符合本政策时，该等资费将停止适用”。所以无论如何都会提前14天通知你，这个条款中其实还有别的意思，比如更改为即用即付，也就是Pay as ago，但是我相信各位应该都是这个套餐，所以就不解释了，有需要的可以自行了解。
所以直接被封号没有提前通知的可能是拿来用免流的用户或者不正常使用的，当然，万事无绝对，可能会有被牵连的正常使用的用户，我在此不针对任何正常使用的用户。
