Here are some TIPS from use(For sure it's me) who had been deeply hurted by the shit carrier. but still want to make it out of block:
1. Sign up and purchase in a pure US ip.
2. Zipcode in bill matchs your IP address or not far away from there.

4. Plan may support calls and texts when you activate it in ASIA with Dark star network.
5. Swap the network to light speed can enabled data roaming.
6. You'd better to sign up and purchase a new plan in a different browser and network from your previously locked account.
7. It may vary to use USM service in 3 to 60 days or more when you activate outside the US,
8. You can get a fully refund or particial refund, depends on the days you remains in USM.
9. Activation requires porting in a new US number.
