Thank you for reaching out to us.
As per our terms and conditions, the restocking fee is clearly mentioned and applicable for returns. During the purchase process, customers are required to check the confirmation box, which indicates that they have read and accepted the stated terms and conditions — including the restocking fee policy.
We appreciate your understanding in this matter. Please let us know if you need any further clarification or assistance.

3. Refund Eligibility for Activated SIM Cards (Physical SIM and eSIM)
A refund on the service plan and taxes may be requested if the SIM (Physical or eSIM) is activated within 7 days of delivery, and the customer’s usage does not exceed the followingminimal thresholds
30MB of data
10 minutes of voice
10 SMS messages
A $10 restocking/replacement fee will be applied in this scenario.
If the customer’s activation occurs after 7 days or if the minimal usage thresholds are exceeded, the customer is ineligible for a full refund. In such cases, the refund will be calculated based on the Original monthly price, including taxes, and the restocking/replacement fee of $10 will be deducted from the refunded amount.
看到他们定义的条款中,定义的是激活后的退款需要扣费,我还没下载esim,怎么谈得上激活呢

Thank you for your previous responses.
I would like to clarify that my eSIM was never downloaded, installed, or activated on any device. No data, voice, or SMS usage has occurred.
According to both industry practice and U.S. consumer protection standards, “activation” means that a SIM or eSIM profile has been successfully provisioned and enabled on a customer’s device, allowing the number to operate on the carrier’s network (data, calls, or SMS).
Simply sending or receiving an eSIM QR code does not constitute activation under this definition, as no technical enablement or service usage has taken place.
Your refund policy states:
“A refund on the service plan and taxes may be requested if the SIM (Physical or eSIM) is activated within 7 days of delivery, and the customer’s usage does not exceed the following minimal thresholds... A $10 restocking/replacement fee will be applied in this scenario.”
Since my eSIM was never provisioned, downloaded, or used, the “activation” condition in your policy does not apply. Therefore, the $10 restocking/replacement fee should not have been deducted.
I am requesting a full refund of the $10, as the product was never activated or utilized in any form. Please review and confirm once the adjustment has been processed.
Thank you for your time and understanding.
