突然发现Bybit卡似乎不支持AVS?

前几天在Rabisu买了一台vps, 今天突然收到邮件通知服务已被管理员暂停,发工单问了一下,是说

1. The credit card you used does not provide AVS (address verification service). To help reduce fraud and validate that you are the card owner, please provide the following information:
   
2.     A government issued ID. This must match the name and billing address provided.
   
3.     Front and rear of the credit card used. The CVV and numbers can be blanked out, as long as the first and last 4 digits are visible. If this is a virtual card, please provide a screenshot of the card.
   
4.     A screenshot of your credit card statement showing the Rabisu.com charge.

我地址只填到了地级市, 交易的时候倒是很顺利, 可能是这家风控比较严才有了这种要求.
