Preface
We are committed to providing a platform for promotions. However, frequent and indiscriminate posting by some users has led to disorganized promotional content, and even content involving illegal or gray-market activities, which we strongly discourage. To ensure order, these rules are hereby established and take effect immediately upon publication.
Definition of Promotion Posts
Any post with promotional intent, including but not limited to AFF links, company promotions, transactions, or external site referrals, is defined as a promotion post.
Basic Rules
- Intermediate members and below are prohibited from posting pure promotion posts (i.e., those not exempted as special promotion posts). Violators will face a suspension of 3-7 days.
- Non-verified users are prohibited from repeatedly and consecutively (7 consecutive posts or over 3 consecutive days) posting similar pure promotion posts. Violators will face a suspension of 3-7 days.
- Posting any promotion content involving illegal or gray-market activities is strictly prohibited. Violators will be permanently banned.
- Pure promotion posts must not be posted in any other section. Violators will be penalized with a deduction of 50 points.
- Malicious promotion tactics (e.g., spamming, clickbait, false advertising) are prohibited. Violators will face a suspension of 7-10 days.
- Promotion content must be truthful and accurate. False or misleading information is prohibited, and penalties will be imposed based on the severity of the impact.
Exemptions for Special Promotion Posts
- Enterprises/institutions or individuals with a strategic partnership with the forum may post in designated sections, but must comply with all other rules.
- Inspirational, exclusive, first-release intelligence promotion posts may be posted in the Intelligence section. However, posts with identical content (i.e., no updates) will be treated as pure promotion posts.
- Review-based promotion posts containing subjective analysis may be posted in the Reviews section. Posts containing only objective machine benchmarks or quoting others' reviews will be treated as pure promotion posts.
- Benefit-based promotion posts primarily focused on giveaways or gifts may be posted in the Giveaway or CDK section. Specific operations should follow the respective section rules.
- Other special promotion posts containing sensitive content (including but not limited to free data traffic, proxy services) may be posted in the Internal or Free Traffic section, but such posts will not be displayed on the homepage.
Additional Terms
- Users violating multiple rules in a single post will receive cumulative penalties.
- All penalties are determined and enforced irreversibly by moderators or administrators based on these rules. Users bear full responsibility for the consequences of violations.
- For behaviors not explicitly covered by these rules but exhibiting clear malicious promotion or disruption of order, moderators and administrators reserve the right to handle them at their discretion.
- Users disputing a penalty may appeal by posting in the Site Administration section within 3 days or by emailing support@naixi.net.
- These rules are subject to ongoing revision and may change at any time. The forum retains the final right of interpretation.
FAQ
Does the forum accept site-wide advertising services?
Please refer to: Advertising Cooperation
How to become a verified user?
Please refer to: User Verification System (Trial)
How to recover after suspension or point deduction?
Suspensions are automatically lifted upon expiry. Deducted points cannot be directly restored. Users can earn point rewards by participating in community activities (e.g., posting quality content, helping others).
How to determine if my post is a "pure promotion post"?
If the core purpose of your post is solely to promote links, products, or services, and it does not contain the elements described under "Exemptions for Special Promotion Posts" (such as exclusive intelligence, subjective in-depth reviews, substantive benefit activities, or sensitive content meeting specific section requirements), it will typically be classified as a pure promotion post.
What should I note when posting a review containing AFF links?
Such posts must include your personal, in-depth, subjective analysis and experiential evaluation. Posts merely listing specifications, benchmarks, or heavily quoting others' reviews without original insights will be treated as pure promotion posts.
What does "illegal or gray-market activities" specifically refer to?
This refers to industries or services violating laws, regulations, or social order and good customs, such as illegal gambling, fraud, pirated resources, privacy infringement, or illegal transactions. The platform maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards such content.
