经过一个多月的等待，giffgaff已作出回复。余额已退回，号码已转移。将不再继续投诉。

可以期待哟，

没投诉，工单退的，但是我没能收款的卡，都是u卡，这下麻烦了，给钱我没兜装

重新绑卡能退到新绑的卡，或者联系下客服吧，提供新的卡号

退款渠道 不是转账，U可也能收，给我退了双份...
