In compliance with FERPA the SJSU IT Service Desk requires live identity verification for all account access services.
Please visit us in CL 102, chat with an agent, or call to coordinate a live Zoom verification on the spot during our hours of operation. You may also set up a Zoom (International Zoom) meeting at a later time. The estimated verification time will take less than five minutes.
PLEASE NOTE: Our agents will need to verify the photo ID of the account holder. (SJSU Tower Card, Government Issued ID i.e driver's license or passport, or another school ID)
PHOTOCOPIES OR SCANS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND
THE ACCOUNT OWNER MUST BE PRESENT FOR VERIFICATION.
